Guesthouse TRAINING

Whether you need an hour with a team of 10, or a full day with a team of hundreds, it all starts with a conversation.

  1. We meet to learn about your culture, any issues or barriers to creativity, and what you’d like the team to come away with.

  2. We create a custom, hands-on program to inspire and teach specific, instantly usable tools to get to big ideas quickly.

  3. We come to your office, or an off-site location to lead your team in the program, and are available for coaching afterward.

Guesthouse’s workshop was a highlight of our annual retreat. It led to great conversations, and our team went home inspired to apply creative thinking to everything they do.

Guesthouse makes producing award-winning ideas look easy. Having an opportunity to pull back the veil and learn about their creative process was amazing. Their teaching style was fun, interactive and effective. My team walked away with a new perspective on approaching creative challenges that we could put into practice right away.

CREATIVE COACHING

1-on-1 sessions to help your future stars level up

We’ve helped many creative people go from student to junior copywriters, art directors, and designers to highly successful executive creative directors. In a world where there’s less and less time for on-the-job training, Guesthouse can work with people on your team who show promise and just need some foucsed coaching. We can work with your creatives on real, live assignments, to help them get to the best solutions.

  1. We meet with you to learn about what you’re looking for, your company culture, and what you hope for this person’s development.

  2. We meet with the person on specific skills and help them find creative solutions to real projects they’re working on.

  3. We begin weekly hour-long sessions to help them get to better ideas faster.

Mitch and Wes have both worked as creative directors at agencies like GSD&M, Crispin Porter & Bogusky, Fitzco, and McCann. They both taught at The Creative Circus, and Mitch is an adjunct professor at UNC Chapel Hill’s Media and Journalism School, teaching the advanced creative portfolio class. They’ve helped hundreds of creatives get into and thrive in the business. They’re most proud that many of the talented people they’ve worked with are now regular Guests at Guesthouse.
